Technical Trainer I/II/Sr.

The Technical Trainer I/II/Sr. will have the following responsibilities:
Develop and conduct technical, compliance and safety training programs based on proven methodologies from all operating business units
Design, revise and develop technical training, Power Point (ILT), hands on modules for specific equipment used in the industry
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee training history and new employee tracking
Instruct employees and contractors on a mix of how to assemble, install set up, operate, troubleshoot, maintain and the theory of operation for various natural gas pipeline and compressing station components and facilities to ensure employees follow approved safety, environmental and applicable work procedures
Work closely with management to ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal DOT and OSHA rules related to Operator Qualification requirements and procedure adherence
Assist Engineering and other technical positions in the development of O&M and corporate standards and the subsequent related work procedures
Conduct field inspections to evaluate employee/contractor knowledge, skills and performance in a quality assurance role to ensure safe and efficient operations and compliance with company and/or regulatory standards
Identify and implement corrective actions to avoid potential accidents and procedural violations
Assist supervision in assessing reports submitted by the Quality Assurance Inspectors to determine training or corrective actions needed
Aid in the scheduling, coordination and presenting of any additional trainings
Schedule and conducts technical, safety, and DOT required operator qualification training programs; course development includes training aids, lab exercises, and exams
Conduct quality assurance field inspections on internal employees and company approved contractors to ensure safe and efficient operations
Assist management in determining and implementing "Best Management Practices" for operational tasks, safety and environmental work practices and procedures.
Conduct welding qualifications and re-qualifications as required
Required Skills:
Associates degree and 0-2 years of related experience
Gas operations experience, mechanical skills, proficient computer skills and ability to communicate and teach
Extensive knowledge of computer based module development, tracking and can design, assign and revise modules for CBT and ILT
Proven training design and development
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong communication/personal interaction skills
Strong presentation skills
Preferred Experience:
Experience in adult education
Technical training in natural gas industry, measurement and compression training experience, electronic controls as they relate to natural gas measurement and compression experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
